Customer service is superb!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service at ELOVA. Unfortunately, the necklace I ordered was too big for me and I contacted the company re the return process. It was clearly explained and I received the cost of the necklace back within two days of sending it back with the tracking number. I have never had such an excellent return experience.

Beautiful necklace & earring set
Loved the website very easy to pick and choose what I wanted to order. Arrived promptly and love the necklace and matching earrings. Stones were slightly smaller than I expected but nevertheless a great deal, especially as they can be worn in the water and hypoallergenic.
