I’ve been ripped off - no communication, no delivery and dead tracking links. And I suspect they are Dropshipping Cheap crap.

Great customer service fast delivery
I absolutely loved my pieces from Ella Zaneta they arrived super quickly and the packaging was such a nice treat! I had an issue with the ring size, but Sue helped me right away and they sent me the correct size with no extra cost or hassle. I highly recommend them! I wash my hands and even do the dishes with the rings on, and they still look brand new

I’m very happy with my order
My order arrived fast, and the communication with the team was fantastic. I absolutely love my jewelry the quality is amazing! I even swam with it and it’s still shining like new. I’ll definitely be buying again and highly recommend it without hesitation

A total scam
A total scam. I made an order over a month ago and still didn’t got my order. Every time I reached out to their costumer service they said they can do anything because it’s “in transit”. The tracking link show that there where 2 shipping attempts which is a lie since I work from home and no came to my door or called. So I didn’t got the items and didn’t got my money back either. Also, it’s been all shipped from China so it’s mass production and reselling

Does not look or feel like gold, would not wear or recommend unfortunately.
The order arrived on time and was correct however I doubt I'll wear the earrings. The gold colour for each pair is very orange in comparison to actual 9ct gold, so they look fake. They are heavy to wear and one pair pulls my ears down. I have 2 holes in each ear so wear two earrings in each ear. They clank together & make a sound like metal clinking together, they don't feel like gold at all. Due to the heaviness & clanking sound I can not sleep in them and due to the orange colour I would be too embarrassed to wear them out. I do not recommend these products....
