I purchased a set from them in 2025, it did arrive but it was almost three months later! Then I purchased a second set in March 2026 (dumb me). It is now August 2026, I have never received the item and have emailed costumer service multiple times. Now the emails bounce back and their website doesn’t even work. Seems like they dissolved the company and ran away with everyone’s money. Horrible!!!

I never received my bangle bracelet that was ordered several months ago. I attempted to contact customer service for tracking update and was told the order was still in transit. I waited another month and contacted customer service again and the contact information is no longer valid. Totally scammed and sad that there are companies out there still in operation and able to take orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order placed in April. I never received it nor a shipping tracker. Contacted them multiple times and the response was that they shipped it and I could not get a refund despite them never sending a tracking link nor receiving the order. Do not purchase from this company unless you like having your money taken.

Do not order from Ella Zaneta! It has been three months since I placed my order and I have not received it. I was patient, I waited three weeks before reaching out to customer service. At first, they responded, with excuses- shipping issues, manufacturing delays. Now, I get no responses at all. They have no refund policy. DO not waste your money!!

Ordered the “Mary” bracelet in January and have yet to receive it!!!!! They have continued to say that “it’s on its way…..”!?!???? I mean REALLY!!!!! So bummed because I really wanted the bracelet!!!
