I placed an order on Nov 16th. I received a shipment notification on 19th. I got a tracking number, but every time I tracked it was saying “Parcel Information Received” I also contacted to the shipping company, they said they haven’t received the parcel. I contacted the customer service, I asked for a refund since they hadn’t sent my order yet, they told me that they cannot give me refund but they offer me 50% credit back. I refused the offer. And finally, on Dec 13th, I got a notification that my order was actually dispatched, and received the parcel on Dec 22nd. Also I received an apology email from them, and they gave me a full refund as a store credit. I don’t know if I would purchase something from them again, but I appreciated their apology and response. The jewelry was okay. They are very cute, but looking a little cheap. One of the earrings I got was defective. And there was a hair in the box😅😅

I did not like the jewelry and would not buy again. The gold colour is very bright and cheap looking. Definitely looks like $2.00 pieces.

The order arrived on time and was correct however I doubt I'll wear the earrings. The gold colour for each pair is very orange in comparison to actual 9ct gold, so they look fake. They are heavy to wear and one pair pulls my ears down. I have 2 holes in each ear so wear two earrings in each ear. They clank together & make a sound like metal clinking together, they don't feel like gold at all. Due to the heaviness & clanking sound I can not sleep in them and due to the orange colour I would be too embarrassed to wear them out. I do not recommend these products....
