I have been using Ellacard for years…
I have been using Ellacard for years now. It just keeps getting better and better and better. And the best part is the customer service! Excellent partner for any business looking to streamline gifting, especially sending group signed cards for teammates’ birthdays, workiversaries, and cards for holidays and other recognition A+ from me!

I love this opportunity to send a card. No stress going through anything at the shops. People should not whinge about payment, it is cheaper than buying and posting a card. Awsome service , will use always xx

Video not working
Over 20 minutes and my video still can not be viewed on the card. Says it's processing.

We’re sorry your video didn’t load properly—we know how frustrating that can be. In this case, it looks like the issue was due to an internet connection cutting out during the upload, which caused the processing to hang. We're going to improve our messaging around this, but as we mentioned in our email, re-uploading the video if it doesn't go through within a minute is the best fix. We always stand by our product, which is why we also issued a full refund.

NOT a "Free" card as advertised
This was advertised as a "Free" card...but I was charged $6.10. Very frustrating! That being said, I did like the finished product, but navigating the website was difficult. I had to redo the card several times before I could figure it out.

I enjoyed the card and a the ability to customize it for the recipient!! It is unfortunate that all of the hype about sending a free digital card is bunk! If I receive any further sales promos or other attempts to sell me a free card I will be upset!!

Perhaps you confused us with a different company? It is very difficult and costly to provide a high-end service like ours so we would not exist without charging a fee. i'm very nervous
i'm very nervous, haven't done this for long time. And I pray I did it properly this time. Its my friends 91st birthday. And I am 90. Not as easy to do thing as they used to. So thank you for getting it through!!!
