I had a devil of a time making this card and the sending a message page disappeared. The directions were so much more difficult than say Shutterfly. I will try you again but it took me most of the day as I thought you should use save for each selection and kept having to restart. I am not technical but haven’t had this much difficulty on other sites.

I enjoyed the card and a the ability to customize it for the recipient!! It is unfortunate that all of the hype about sending a free digital card is bunk! If I receive any further sales promos or other attempts to sell me a free card I will be upset!!

Hi Dale, We are so happy you enjoyed our platform but we do not advertise anywhere on our website or our marketing emails that we offer free services. Perhaps you confused us with a different company? It is very difficult and costly to provide a high-end service like ours so we would not exist without charging a fee. The companies that offer "free" services are in fact selling you / your recipient's personal data which we never do. Feel free to reach out to us directly with any further questions or issues. To summarize my feedback, the user experience is positive due to the site's ease of use and straightforward setup. However, I recommend enhancing the card animation to simulate a more realistic, hands-on experience, potentially by incorporating a flip-page effect instead of redirecting to a separate page. Additionally, improving email deliverability by utilizing a more reputable email service provider would mitigate issues such as emails ending up in spam folders.

I was disappointed that I was not able to send a personal message in the card. I liked the options for the design.

Hi Shirley, I think there may be some confusion here as you can add personal messages to our cards. You can add text, photos, videos, GIFs, emoji, gift cards, and more across multiple pages. We would be happy to show you how to add a message if you reach out to us!

Liked the options including music. Thought it was supposed to be free but had to pay $6

Hi Alexandra, We are sorry if you felt that our cards should have been free. We do not advertise as free on our site so perhaps you mistook us for a different company? Having said that we do charge for our products because it is costly to provide a top quality card and invitation service. Free sites will generally be low quality and share / sell your personal data and that of your recipients. Something we do not do. We do offer subscriptions which lower the cost per card considerably if you plan on sending more than a few a year. You can always feel free to reach out to us to discuss. Regards, Ellacard

Beware. They advertise this: "This card has already been sent. If you add new recipients, we'll send them the card right away." No, they don't - you have to make a new card and pay again.

Hi Maria, We do not require buying another card to send an already purchased card to new recipients. You can simply add the new recipients to your ordered card and they will receive it immediately. We are not sure what happened in your case but we did see that you had purchased a duplicate card and refunded that purchase within a day of you reaching out to us as it was not necessary. Regards, Ellacard

I found it difficult to manage creating a card.
