Hi Kylie, We're sorry your card didn't arrive as expected — that's the last thing we want for a special occasion. You can fully preview every card and send yourself a test copy first, so we would like to understand what happened here — it's not something we've been able to reproduce. We also can't find an email from you in our support inbox, which concerns us. Please write to [email protected] and we'll look into your order and make this right. On currency: prices are displayed with a USD label, but we can look into making it clearer.

Hi Anna, I want to clarify a few things. Cancelling is straightforward—there's a "Cancel subscription" button right on your account homepage. We do not use hard-to-cancel subscription tactics, and our FAQ has multiple articles on how to cancel. Our records show two emails from you, both sent around 9:30 PM EST, requesting cancellation and a refund. We replied with a full refund in under three hours—well outside business hours. If you sent other messages, we never received them, and I'd like to find out why—so feel free to reach out directly. We take customer service seriously. Sorry you have had a poor experience - that sounds frustrating. If there was an issue delivering a card, we immediately send an email notifying the sender with instructions on what to do. We have not heard or seen any log-in issues from other users, so if you can email us at [email protected] we are more than happy to help you. We are very quick to answer all support questions and will gladly assist you.

We’re sorry your video didn’t load properly—we know how frustrating that can be. In this case, it looks like the issue was due to an internet connection cutting out during the upload, which caused the processing to hang. We're going to improve our messaging around this, but as we mentioned in our email, re-uploading the video if it doesn't go through within a minute is the best fix. We always stand by our product, which is why we also issued a full refund.
