The have my money... I paid extra for expedited shipping I have a tracking number but it's never left the facility, and as USPS says they never "put it in the mail". Phone number doesn't work doesn't even ring it just hangs up. Tried live chat at 2 o'clock central standard time, said there wouldn't be any buddy back for six hours! I am so pissed! I can't believe everybody else has had great experiences when this is clearly a fraudulent website!! oh and my order number doesn't exist in meters my email in their system!

First they sent the wrong glasses with the wrong prescriptions. They they stated they would expedite my order and give me back half of the cost of the glasses Over a month has past and no glasses. Customer support is not helpful. This was a disaster.
Response from ELKLOOK EYEWEARMar 25, 2023
Hello, dear Ruth, We sincerely apologize for what happened. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong glasses. After that happened, we reached out to you by email to offer a replacement pair or a full refund at your choice, but unfortunately, we did not receive a solid confirmation. I could only assume that our words made you think we will directly carry out a replacement for you. This whole thing is a total misunderstanding. We are running a legit business, so to make things right we issued a full refund a few days ago. You should receive it anytime now. Again, we want to express our deepest apologies for the situation and hope we can make it up to you in the future. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any further concerns or questions.

DON'T BUY FROM ELKLOOK. I purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses. Each was too big. They don't have a way of first trying on the glasses like many other sites have so I couldn't tell they would be too big. I paid $159.75 for them. They refused to send me an address I could send them back to and will not return my money. I've dealt with many eyeglass sites and this has never happened before. THEY ARE A SCAM!
