These progressive lenses are junk if the don't get the lenses positioned properly
I don't know the proper terminology but the reading portion of my glasses is in the middle of my vision. This doesn't help at all. I contacted Elklook: they came back saying the tech's had done everything correctly.This is preposterous! I took the glasses. to my current ophthalmologist to get an opinion, they said they could not adjust the glasses enough to make them work. I am livid about this.

The worst
The worst. Charged me $80. Sent the wrong glasses. They acknowledged the error and promised to make a new pair. Two months later- nothing. A scam.

Dishonest Company/Poor Customer Service
I ordered glasses. Realized immediately that the glasses ordered were too small for my face and I had not requested progressive lenses. Left numerous CLEAR messages that I wanted to exchange my glasses for another pair and use money left over for a second pair. No one ever responded. Weeks later, I received a delivery from Elklook. There is a pair of cheap round shapes in the box but no prescription glasses. They allege that they mailed an original pair of single-vision glasses ($179.70). I have sent more than six emails explaining in detail what I wanted from the start and the fact that I never received glasses. They continually send me an email with a free shipping label to return glasses I never received for a refund. Lastly, they do not honor their discount coupons. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELKLOOK. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST COMPANY.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. It is a total hassle to ATTEMPT to get a refund for a defective product. Read the reviews outside of Elklook’s site. The measurements are inaccurate, the glasses are blurry and they do not respond to return requests. I wish I would have looked to outside reviews and would have NEVER ordered. Caveat Emptor.

Would love to order their unique glasses, however they do not respond to inquiries, and with all the bad reviews, I am not going to take a chance.

Don't waste your time…
I placed an order and they cancelled and refunded my order not wanting to honor their own promo code, 😔 basically a scam I've reached out to them directly for an explanation or resolution but it has now been 3 days and they have not replied. Do not purchase glasses from this site. Just go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache .

Though it is plainly stated EASY RETURN, OUR 60 DAY FIT GUARANTEE, FREE EXCHANGE & NO-HASSLE RETURNS.....it is a blatant and bold face lie. They also show the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU logo yet the BBB has no record of the company. My advice, DON'T trust the "try on" as the sizes of the eyeglass frames are not in scale in the feature. Purchase at buyers risk!!!!
