Ordered over a month ago and still havent heard anything from them. The status on the website says it has been shipped but no tracking information was provided. Customer service is nonexistent, and in some cases I am unable to log in to the account at all. Looking at avenues to escalate this with my bank if I do not hear anything soon, since most reviews on here state it takes a long time to ship. Unfortunate as I received alot of recommendations from peers. Would not recommend if they cannot even reach out to customers in a timely fashion.

I ordered over three weeks ago. I understand that I chose a handmade frame and prescription lenses, so production could take a while, but under my order on the website, it says production is complete, yet I’ve received no shipping information nor an update on my order. I have emailed them several times this week and gotten nothing. Not even an automated response. Nothing from their website chat, my Instagram DM I sent, or their WhatsApp either. It’s impossible to get a hold of customer service, and everything on their website just tells me to contact them. I’ve tried. No idea how to even go about getting a refund because I would have to get a response to my email first 🫠. Safe to assume it’s a scam. Try Lensalter instead, I got some cute frames online there very quickly!!

Have been waiting at least a month and still nothing. Gave them extra information the asked and haven't heard from them since. Exelated with pay pal now.

UPDATE: after being told I never paid and having to provide proof of payment, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and they were “willing” to provide a refund. The item still shows in stock online, and it shouldn’t take two weeks and me reaching out to them on multiple platforms for them to realize something is unavailable. I ordered a pair of sunglasses 2 weeks ago. They were one of the handmade pairs, so I expected it to take a little while but I have gotten no updates. Despite reaching out to their customer service email and on instagram. My card was charged immediately. Most brands will not charge your card until shipping which is making me worried I’ve been scammed.

Now My order is coming to NY BUt the latest shipping info has it coming to Pennsylvania THEN .......wait for it !!!!!!! Sent to Texas !!!!!!!!!! You cant make this up its a comedy

This has been a nightmare. I ordered glasses a month ago and still haven’t received them. I even paid for the insurance that covers you in cases like this and they have only offered a “10% refund.” My glasses are supposedly somewhere in NJ. The insurance clearly states that it will refund even due to late delivery. When I ordered my glasses it said two weeks, not one month. Tariffs or not, customer service isn’t great.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ORDERED THESE GLASSES AND THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND!!!! THE OHINE NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE DO. OT WORK...THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY

Website sucks, very poor presentation. Impossible to close the IA window.
