First of all let me tell you something, you might not believe this but this company has been fighting to flag my review and taking it down for the past 12 months and threatened me. Ask yourself if this company is believing in their product and service why they should fight so hard for just a simple review?!!! To me there is something fishy and incredibly wrong with this company. Anyways. I still have the letter was sent to me from Point Break Financials that I could write here all the breaks downs and let you know all what happened then. But, I save it for the next they flag my review. Scammers that will ruin your credit without doing anything for you. The damage that will be caused on your credit “charge off” will be substantial and will remain on your credit record for 7 to 10 years. Just call your bank and negotiate with them and save your time and money. I asked for damages that will remain on my credit for 7 years, they took my money as a hostage till I sign a release form and they denied any damages. I still have the letter from the Point Break Financial from Brett. B on how he bait and switched me. If you are still reading this and decided not to sign up….congratulations you saved tones of headaches from dealing with these guys.

I tried to do a debt consolidation loan with this company after paying on it for one year I came into some money and wanted to pay my debt off quicker so that I could fix my credit and I didn’t wanna wait three years so I canceled my account and asked for a refund. It took them over a month to get back to me to tell me that I only got approved for 20% of what I paid them Then they said I had to wait three days to get an email that I had to approve and it would take three more weeks to get a check currently I have called five times since they told me I would get this email. It’s now been a week and a half and I still didn’t even get the email that they said I was approved for if I was doing debt consolidation again I would never in 1 million years go through this company. I hope this helps somebody else to stop them from the issues they will get from this company.

I been calling since Feb 10th to get my refund and they always saying it's a process I need my money that's the reason why we don't do debt collection its better file a chapter 13th or chapter 7 that's what I did I looked at my my credit report my credit cards was still going up it's just get overwhelming at times

if this company was scam, why are you guys are not suing them. I want to know more about this company. I am already with them just 5 months now. all my creditors call me every day. help

This company is horrible they do not help you They take your money and then when you cancel give you pennies on the dollar NEVER do business with them

Worst company ever! You pay a monthly fee for them to do basically nothing while the interest on your debt goes up! I had two of my debts sue me and one of those is garnishing wages and the other I have to make payments for the next 3 years. The one that is garnishing, the lawyer called the day after court and asked me if I went to court. The people at elite ar we very rude and could not care less about you. Just a money grab Scam.

Do not sign up with these SCAMMERS. Here is how these SCAMMERS work. You will talk with a sales rep from Point Break Financial which is an affiliated company with Elite Legal Practice.They tell you “ you pay 900 bucks for your credit oh no!? Sign up with us and you will only pay $400” the bait is set for you and once you agree, they will switch everything in the contract that they will send you. You will only be paying $400 for their service which is basically sitting there till you get sued. This is called Bait and Switch which is fraudulent and they should be prosecuted by CFPB. Anyway, back to their scamming methods, they will tell you not pay your credits, and automatically your credits go late 30/90/120 from there creditors will hand over your debt to collection agencies. So far no action from ELP cause there is nothing to do for them except scamming you. So even though they will tell you creditors won’t bother you per the contract the collection companies start showing up at your door to summon you with lawsuits. At that time you realize that you were scammed and screwed big time by ELP. Creditors will ask you for the original debt amount plus penalties and court fees and ELP will assign you a recent graduate attorney to your case to negotiate to get you to the original debt payment if you get lucky though and of course paying within short period of time repayment. Meanwhile you will be pay ELP monthly fees. And ELP would tell you “look you saved the court fees and late payments penalties, look at us what a deal we made for you, aren’t we genius?”. Imagine you will be pressured by all creditors to pay back in a short period of time 12 months top, plus monthly ELP fee. Basically they will make you circle around yourself for over 18 months and now you are back to square one but with worse credit score and being non lendable for years. I withdrew and cancel with them as soon as I realized they were a scam and requested back all my payments that I made to them. They hold my money as hostage to sign a release form which I desperately needed to settle this situation. This is illegal. I started calling collection companies directly and they were open to settlement and negotiate. Basically you don’t need ELP to scam you after 18 months in the program, they won’t do anything and make you believe that they are working hard behind scenes to get you a cut from your debt. Yes, they get you a cut off of the late fees and court fees. Think about it if you pay on time there is no late fees and your creditors never sue you. Worst case scenario:you won’t pay couple payments but then call your creditors to negotiate directly and don’t sign up with SCAMMERS like ELP. Just cancel with these scammers and pick up the phone and go from there. Yes, he is right he is not a settlement company they are debt SCAMMERS company. By the way, they have good customer service to scam you politely and professionally since they have been trained for that. Of course you won’t hear from them once you sign up as if they are dead. Don’t sign up with these scammers.

I am not happy at all with what took place today with Elite Legal Practice. I'm paying them good money to help resolve my debt and when I called them today about a matter they kept telling me that they are working on it. Well that doesn't help me at all. I am seriously thinking of getting rid of them but haven't decided yet. I will call them one more time and if they keep telling me the same stuff, then I'll probably get rid of them. It's to bad because up until today I was very happy with what they were doing.
