This is a complete and total scam. You end up in court with payments to creditors and payroll deductions. Don't fall for the scam. Save your money and file bankruptcy

We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. It is very important to note that our law firm is not a scam. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which reflects that we meet their highest standard of trust.
While lawsuits from creditors are not common, they are a possibility in any matter involving debt. In those situations, our attorneys provide legal representation and work to protect our clients’ rights. Many clients find that, by the conclusion of representation, our process can be cost-effective and supportive of long-term financial health.
It is also worth noting that while bankruptcy may be an option in some cases, there are significant upfront costs, and it can remain on a person’s credit report for up to 10 years. For some clients, our process provides a viable alternative with potential long-term benefits.
We encourage anyone considering, or currently receiving, our representation to review our accreditation and ask questions to ensure they have clear information before making a decision.

No Refund, No Results, No Response
I paid over $7,000 over two years expecting professional legal help to resolve my unsecured debts. Unfortunately, nothing was settled, and after I canceled and requested a refund on May 1, 2025, it took nearly two months of persistent outreach just to get approval — and I still have not received my refund.
On June 25, I signed the required release form after being told the refund would be processed that same day via ACH. Since then, I have received no confirmation, no proof of processing, and no transaction details. My follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered or were met with delays and disconnections.
On 6/26/25 Elite Legal Practice responded publicly to my earlier reviews claiming the matter was resolved — yet they had not provided any refund or verification. Less than an hour prior, I received an email from the firm stating they would no longer respond to my calls or emails and had instructed customer service to disconnect.
As of today 6/28/25, no refund has arrived, and I’ve received no written confirmation that one was ever initiated. I followed every step they required and acted in good faith throughout.
This experience has been financially and emotionally exhausting. I would caution others to be extremely careful when considering this company for legal or financial services.
**Update 7/2/25**
Since my initial review, Elite Legal Practice has continued to publicly state that the matter was resolved — even while refusing to provide basic refund confirmation or communicate further.
On June 26, the firm informed me they would no longer respond to my emails or calls and had instructed representatives to disconnect. This followed my signing of a release form under financial distress, after being told the refund would be processed that same day via ACH. No confirmation, transaction ID, or written proof has been provided — only vague statements and shifting timelines.
Despite all this, they publicly replied to my review stating the refund was issued “within the agreed-upon timeframe” — while internally declaring they would no longer speak to me.
As of this update, I still have not received a refund or evidence of processing.
To others considering this company: Know that once you ask for a refund, documented transparency may be replaced by contradictions, silence, and retaliation. My experience has been emotionally exhausting and financially harmful.
UPDATE – July 2, 8:17 AM ET:
A pending $5,000 ACH deposit has appeared in my account this morning. While I’m relieved the refund was finally issued, I received no prior notice or confirmation from Elite Legal Practice. This follows weeks of silence and public claims that the matter was already resolved. I will update again once the funds are fully posted.

We take all client concerns and feedback with the utmost seriousness and wish to reiterate that our firm has acted in good faith throughout our professional engagement. Your matter was addressed promptly and thoroughly and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
You were expressly advised that immediate resolution, including conducting a full investigation and processing a refund within mere hours, was not feasible. Nonetheless, we fulfilled all commitments made to you—including the issuance of a refund within the agreed-upon timeframe.
At all times, we maintained open, transparent, and courteous communication. We honored our professional obligations and acted with integrity and diligence. It is regrettable that, despite our demonstrated efforts and results, you have chosen to express dissatisfaction through accusations that are both unfounded and damaging.
We respectfully stand by the quality and integrity of the services rendered and take any suggestion to the contrary seriously.

BEWARE this is a SCAM
BEWARE! I signed up with them & had a 720 credit score. They tanked it down to 520 by instructing me not to pay my cards. Now I am being sued by creditors and will end up paying an extra $10-15k over what I initially owed because I have been paying this terrible company $415 a month for a year now for NOTHING!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, this is SUCH a SCAM!

We acknowledge receipt of your comments and take all client feedback seriously. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we must respectfully clarify a few points raised in your review.
Our firm provides services that are governed by clear terms and conditions, which each client reviews and accepts prior to engagement. Clients are not advised to default on their financial obligations, and any guidance provided is carefully tailored to individual circumstances, fully explained, and documented. Your assertion that your credit score was "tanked" solely because of our involvement lacks the necessary context regarding other financial factors that may have contributed to such an outcome. Regarding your claim of legal action by creditors, we cannot speak of any matter that is not directly within the scope of our representation.
We categorically reject the characterization of our services as a “scam.” We are fully transparent in our operations, and our services are rendered with integrity and in compliance with applicable regulations.
We reserve all rights to protect our professional reputation from defamatory or unfounded allegations.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS
If I could give zero I would. I canceled my service with these folks and they told me it was canceled I called to make sure twice because I got scam vibes. They said someone would call me, no one has. They just charged my account and now I don't have money for food.

Don’t even remember how I got involved…
Don’t even remember how I got involved with this group. Just remember being on the phone trying to find a situation to help me with my debts to consolidate them. Person I spoke with “sold” me on this program telling me his father in law did it and helped him with his debts. Told me my credit score would improve within 6 months. The overall program should take 12-24 months and I would be debt free and lendible. Here we are, a year and a half in, no progress, was sued and taken to court by one of my creditors so still paying ELP $320/mo and now $150/mo for they debt they were supposedly helping me with. I have given them over $6000 and nothing to show for it. My credit is awful and shows I’m seriously delinquent on payments because that’s what they tell you to do is stop paying on your debts. I have no credit card for an emergency and can’t get one now. Need a new car, can’t get that either. Everytime I call I get a vague run around “we’ve made this many attempts to contact them and they didn’t respond” when I ask for a timeframe they can’t give me any. When I ask if I’m going to be sued by my other creditors now too they tell me they can’t predict that and it’s in their right. They tell me it’s just a process and you have to be patient. Received a letter from transunion and didn’t understand what it meant so they told me to send it to them. Did that, no one called or followed up with me sos till to this day don’t know what it meant with one of my debts. No one ever calls or emails you status. You have an “online account” but literally all it tellls you is the accounts you have enrolled. No status, what’s been done, nothing. Literally feels like a scam because no one can provide you anything and just get the run around. Wanted to possibly pull out and get a refund. Said they could submit a request that could take weeks. Couldn’t tell me an amount because legal fees would not be refunded. Legal fees regarding the account I was sued on because they then refer you to another law firm to deal with that but pay your fees for that. Won’t tell me how much was paid for that so can’t get an idea of how much I’ll lose if I pull out. I’m halfway through so don’t know what to do, take my chances and just hope I’m not sued by other creditors and still having to pay on all those debts on top of $13-$15k for my program with ELP and still wonder if I’m going to see anything positive from this. Or just take my losses and start from ground zero and try to rectify this cluster of a mess they have gotten me in. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Lies
Lie #1) I was told that it would improve my credit...wrong. My credit is worse than it has ever been
Lie #2) I was told that I could call any time, for any reason...so long you don't ask to talk to one of their attorneys. That takes an act of God
Lie #3) I'm getting substantial amounts of money taken out of my bank account, I call the wonderful elite and I'm told that it's my problem. What happened to "we are here for you "!!
I am 70 years old and I'm in the worst financial bind than I have ever been in my entire life
I am about to have my water and electricity shut off and your withdrawal will bounce again and I am drowning trying to play catch up, which is impossible because of having almost $2000 (1853,64 to be exact) in the last 2 month's. I'm told it's not an attorney matter. I guess I don't matter.
My phone number is changed , it is 904-402-40904-402-9049
All I'm trying to do is to have an attorney call, so that I can get the answers to my questions. I feel as though I'm not important enough to have one of the elusive attorneys call me back. (904)409-9049. I don't believe that I will get a call back, so please, make a lier out of me
I would like to cancel any further business with you. I'm in worse financial shape then I was before. I don't get a call back, I guess I'm not important enough. I'm told that I can't talk to an attorney because my issues aren't important enough and it's not an attorney matter. I'm tired of getting the run around because I obviously don't matter. You can reach me at 904-402-9049.
All your company has done for me is they sent out the cease and decease letter, that hasn't done any good because they are just helping themselves. Which no one can tell me that anything else was done besides the letter.
Once again I'm let down by your company!!!! When you tell me that I'll get a call pack in an hour, and then I don't even get a call back the rest of the day....ANOTHER LIE!! I WANT TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER BUSINESS SERVICES, which I'm not getting anyways.
I have been to work with your firm since day one. I have asked to talk to an attorney, but I'm told it's not an attorney matter. I talk to someone about the issues and I'm told that they can't find my file. How convenient!!!! If there was a way to give you any negative stars, I would give you several negative stars. I know I'll get some bs response from you, because I always do

Wasted Money
My partner spent several years paying this company THOUSANDS of dollars only to get court paperwork for wage garnishment from these credit accounts that were supposed to be taking care of. All accounts are in collections, nothing is taking care of. And they will not help you with the garnishment.

this company is not legit. debt resolution???? so if you have 40k in debt they tell you it will cost you 20k and when they are done you will be debt free everything is erased from your credit report. they will tell you they find violations with your creditors... well they don't tell you is that during the time you were good with your creditors you paid monthly which they have record of, they also have record of where your payments came from SO NOW TELL ME HOW THEY CAN SAY THE CREDITOR IS IN VIOLATION???!!!! They scam you for you money time goes by nothing gets done. they tell you it takes time and in the mean time you are getting hit with more late fees and oh wait until it goes into collections, Elite tell you they have to start the process all over again and if you get a complaint that your being sued and an answer needs to filed. they will have one of there attorneys answer the complaint but also the creditor want to get paid so they may negotiate a settlement. therefore you will then have to pay the settled negotiated amount on top of paying Elite. and that does not come off your credit report. BOTTOM LINE--- NOTHING WILL EVER COME OFF AND YOU HAVE BEEN JUST GIVING THEM MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!
funny i was told in the beginning that for 3-5 months i may see creditors still reporting the the credit bureau well guess what its now 25 months later and creditors still report to the credit bureau and nothing has been done. I have reported them and am in the process of suing them now... not to mention all their good reviews are from employees and their families... I know because one of them slipped and entered their real name... LMAO!!!!
