If I could give a no star I would. I have never received a phone call or update and have been with this group for over a year. I was served a summons and was sued for one of the credit cards $ 5678.00 plus court fees and have several now in collections. This company has done NOTHING. I have requested documentation as to what they have done on my case over the last year. I am waiting for that documentation so I know where I stand, because they NEVER call you to inform you. All you get is collection notices and summons. I was served a summons and had no choice to answer the summons on my own. I did get an attorney assigned from legalawgroup.com but at this point, I am going to settle before the court date and be done with this card. I have thousands still out there. My wife went with National Debt Relief one year ago and they are amazing! They call to update her and after one year in the program you are able to apply for a low interest loan and graduate from their program. They take the loan money and work with each credit card and pay them all off. Credit scores soared and has been such a good experience for her, as I sit here with collection agencies calling and harnessing me. I really don't care to have their response, as I have read all the ones they have submitted. They are not doing anything. As far as I am concerned they are a Scam Firm and you need to run as fast as you can to National Debt Collection and get the help you need.

11/16/25 How much time is needed? I’ve been with this company since may of 25 trying to give this company a chance! From reports that I have received only thing that showed was all my accounts were in collections nothing had been resolved whenever the employees called there was never any changes to my account When I was first introduced to this program they sold it as debt consolidation and I had many credit cards but everything was in good standard my credit was good! Now all are in collections and two has filed suit against me! Tell me what else you want from me if I constantly have to pay out of pocket oh yeah they lowered my payment and in the new contract it states that if the customer is filed against we are responsible for paying. But this was never mentioned in the first contract that was signed they add new things in the contract without making you aware it has changed! When they mention to sign it was bc the payment changed and to agree with that. This company really is not a good thing They put you in debt instead of helping. How am I suppose to pay over $400 a month and then still pay for the suits! And the attorneys they claim that is paid from my money doesn’t resolve the suit by having it dismissed, no they say you need to pay them wth! So don’t say I didn’t stay the whole contract when it is said that if I’m not happy with the service I can terminate and receive a refund from the initial start. If I stay any longer all the creditors would be suing me from failure of this company doing their job. As stated before I’m due a refund bc this company for over a year has not produce any satisfying results. It isn’t fair that they do this! So please Mr Owner give me my money back I’ve paid over $8000 with no results!

I’ve called three times and I have never gotten a call back. I spoke to a different people trying to get Jennifer and then his supervisor to call me back but they wouldn’t.

A scam, no results after 18 months of paying them total over $7000 and now they refuse to give me a refund. There are multiple complaints at BBB against this law firm for predatory practices and we filed a complaint with The State Bar of California OFFICE OF CHIEF TRIAL COUNSEL. These scammers must be stopped!

Joined Elitw Legal Practice 2 years ago. I had enrolled 8 accounts with them as they assured me they will be successful in helping me. They advised me to stop paying all my credit cards . All accounts went into collection. The first collection Elite Legal Practice dropped the ball and never had representation for my im court. I was judged as a vacant seat and had full default judgment against me. 5 more summons and $5,300.00 in payments to Elite legal i have no resolved accounts and owe more then when I started 2 years ago with Them. As accounts were going into summons and collection Elite would remove them from enrolled list and give you like a $6 @ month discount for losing an account. Eventually I got to the point that I was paying Elite more then my credit balance of the 2 last accounts would be. I told Elite they need to come down on monthly payments and the said give them a couple of months to get back to me with an answer and new payment plan. We'll no one ever got back to me and they started withdrawing monthly payments again without a agreement. I finally asked for a refund and to be canceled from program. They denied my refund and canceled me from there system. I now owe all 8 accounts that I started with program. However now it's all in collections and with all higher balances and out $5,300. 00 that i paid Elite Legal practice. In my opinion they are a scam.

No one is doing what I asked for my cancellation and still charging me.

It was a waste of my time and money, at the end of a year with this company. They messed up and every time I called the last month I was still working with them, I got the run around. It's September 2025, I had nothing but praise for these folks at first; but I see now, it was really about them getting my money despite whatever other financial hurdles I may have been going through. I was meeting their prerequisites for the program I signed up to take part in to help myself get out of debt. The last month was the hardest, no returned calls, and every time I called to speak with the person assigned to me they were unavailable. As a result, I terminated the association with them on April 2025. When I enquired when I could expect a refund of my money I was told to wait two weeks. I made follow up calls over the next couple of weeks but, I was told my case was being reviewed. I got tired of being given the run-around so I gave it a rest. And, now in September 2025, a few days ago I get an email stating the money was not refundable because the processing, and fees associated with representing me, went above and beyond what they had in my account; thus, I was not entitled to a refund. Funny, not one person I talked to while I was working with their company to resolve my debt bothered to inform me, by phone, or other mode of communication that a lack of sufficient money in my account with them was an issue. Moral of this story: Save up enough of your own money on the side, get a part time gig to supplement, and work out a practical plan to pay off your creditors - if they are ethical they'll keep their word, if you keep yours, but as this is a country where the written word carries weight--get everthing in writing once the details have been ironed out to the satisfaction of both parties. Just saying.

Elite Legal Practice was deceptive and I was their prey . I was already enrolled with Freedom Debt Relief. They set the money you pay aside and it is your money until you use it to settle so Elite Legal Practice preys on people like me promising that they guarantee your Settlement will be 50% of what you owe. I had a payment due & asked them just to wait 4 days so I would have money in the bank to cover it. They withdrew it anyway. The refused to reverse it & wait 4 days. I had to call my bank for help. They said I had to file a claim. They could not hold it for 4 days before clearing it. I called Elite Legal Practice to make the payment 4 days later and they said they could not take the payment over the phone from me. They had to have a letterform the Bank saying they could do automatic withdrawal again. They KNOW banks don't do this. I learned this is how they settle debts is they ask for things they know Banks don't provide and don't do. There were numerous phone calls between me having to call Elite and calling and going into my Bank. Elite kept saying I could just pay them, it had to be auto withdrawal and they had to have a letter from the Bank that they know Banks don't write. I had closed the claim 4 days later when I called to pay Elite and they told me if I filed a claim I might be dropped. Of course they DIDN'T say that at the beginning before my Bank told me I had to file the claim since Elite would reverse the payment and wait 4 days. 45 days later Chase sent a letter which I forwarded to Elite but they said I would have to re enroll. Then they said I couldn't re enroll because I had filed a claim! They were NOT HONEST like Freedom financial so they told me they are keeping ALL the money I had paid to Freedom Financial as well as the payments I had made to them! They should be the ones being taken to Court! They said " a lot of work had been done" NOTHING had been accomplished. The same creditors who have been contacting me are still contacting me. NO settlements were made.
