Their lack of communication is terrible. Pay three years $280 monthly just to settle for the same amount to creditors. They only apologized and did not nothing to settle my cases. The company takes monthly payments in hopes that you not get sued in three years after three years it all goes back to normal and Elite like only to settle for the same amount you still owed. This company is a scam!

"DROWNING DEBT PROGRAM" by Elite Legal Practice.
Hi there,
I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share my experience with Elite Legal Practice since I started my contract back in October 2025.
So, I signed up and got three cards, paying a total of $1,401.40. They told me the services would last for 28 months, and they even sent over a cease and desist letter order. However, things changed for me, and I had to cancel my contract because I’m leaving the country. Luckily, a family member is willing to help with the payment, which is why I decided to ask for a refund.
On February 14, 2026, I sent an email requesting my full refund. I got a response on February 16, saying that my payment wasn’t refundable because of the work they had done for me. That’s when I sent another email on February 23, asking for some detailed documentation about the services they performed. I wanted to know exactly what work was done, when it happened, how much time was spent on each task, and how they calculated the fees.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from them since then. I really hope to get some clarity on this situation, especially regarding the refund.
Here’s my comment, here you go:
This company claims to offer a debt relief program to help people achieve financial freedom, but their program is misleadingly named the "DROWNING DEBT PROGRAM" by Elite Legal Practice. If they are truly helping people with debt relief, why do they prioritize their payment first before assisting clients? I requested a simple letter detailing what they sent to my creditors, including the specific work performed, the timeline for each task, and how they calculated their fees. The response I received was absolutely nothing!
Thanks for listening, and I appreciate any help you can provide!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely appreciate all feedback—especially when it highlights areas where we can improve.
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the lapse in communication you experienced following your February 23rd request. Transparency and timely, clear communication are of monumental importance to our firm. “White glove service” is not just a phrase we use—it is the standard we aim to provide to each client. When we fall short of that standard, even in isolated instances, we take it seriously.
While we understand your frustration regarding the lack of follow-up, we want to emphasize that this communication delay is not indicative of how our firm treats its clients or conducts its practice. Elite Legal Practice is built on principles of professionalism, diligence, and client advocacy. We strive to ensure that every client receives thorough updates, detailed explanations of services rendered, and clear guidance throughout their engagement with us. In this instance, we acknowledge that we did not meet our own internal standards.
We can confirm that the documentation you requested has been emailed to you and we thank you kindly for your patience. In the meantime, we welcome the opportunity to review your file and provide you with more clarification. Because Trustpilot is a public forum and we must protect client confidentiality, we cannot discuss specific account details here. However, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can properly address this matter.
Our mission is to help individuals navigate difficult financial circumstances with integrity, clarity, and respect. We regret that your experience did not reflect the level of service we are committed to providing, and we are prepared to work toward a resolution.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Payment and Administrative issues
Back Story:
I’ve been using Elite Legal Practice (ELP) since 2023. I initially felt confident that they would help me manage my debt and guide me through my financial challenges. The first issue came up when I settled with a creditor outside of ELP. I notified ELP that I had reached an agreement and asked them to remove the balance since it no longer needed representation. They sent me an addendum that reduced my monthly payment from about $1,100 to around $240. I signed it and didn’t think much of it.
Later, I worked with an ELP lawyer to negotiate another settlement with a different creditor and was advised to inform ELP so they could remove that account as well. This is where the problems began. While trying to remove the second account, I had to speak with two different people over the course of two weeks, and that’s when I learned my monthly payment was actually still around $1,000. I then spoke with two more agents over the following week—both said someone would reach out to explain the discrepancy. I still haven’t received a call.
At this point, I’m struggling to understand:
How removing two accounts only reduced my payment by about $100
Why no one has contacted me with an explanation
How to properly stop services if needed
Feedback for ELP:
Please review your administrative processes. The documents sent to me misrepresented my payment plan, and accuracy is essential when dealing with clients’ finances.
Please ensure managers are available to speak with customers. Waiting 3–5 days for basic clarification makes it difficult to trust that transparency is a priority.
Advice to Potential or Current Clients:
Carefully review every addendum they send and make sure you fully understand what you’re being billed for.
Expect variability in communication. Some lawyers are responsive and proactive, while others are difficult to reach for months at a time.
Communication from the company becomes limited over time. I no longer receive updates the way I did in the beginning, though they did mention this would happen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Elite Legal Practice and for providing such thoughtful, constructive feedback. We truly appreciate you being an ELP client since 2023 and acknowledging the positive interactions you’ve had, particularly with members of our legal team.
We take full responsibility for the frustration you’ve described. Clear, accurate communication (especially regarding billing and account changes) is essential, and we regret that our administrative processes and follow-up did not meet that standard in your case. Your concerns regarding the payment discrepancy, delays in receiving an explanation, and difficulty obtaining clarification from a manager are valid, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
Your feedback regarding documentation accuracy, accessibility of management, and consistency in communication is extremely valuable and is being reviewed internally so we can improve our processes and client experience moving forward.
We would welcome the opportunity to address your specific questions, review your account in detail, and discuss any next steps (including service options) directly with you. Please contact our office at your convenience, and one of our attorneys will be more than happy to speak with you personally and ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
Thank you again for your candid feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Fraudulent
I’ve been in this program for 2 years and none of my debts have been resolved except for two that took me to court for a repayment plan. While they wait for creditors to respond they sell your debt to a collection agency who takes you to court and you have to repay your debts! Fake and Fraudulent

ELP/ Point Break Financial are shady companies
ELP and Point Break Financial (their customer service side) were fast in getting me to sign up for their services. After signing up for the debt relief program, I came here to review and saw all the complaints of their service, refusal to cooperate or even provide quality service based on the prices people had been paying. Because of that I decided to cancel my contract.
I emailed ELP’s client care email address, and nothing in response. Then texted my agent through the Point Break Financial, Rollins J who was assigned and given instructions to ask him anything if I had questions.
I sent “ can you confirm getting my email” and Rollins responded. I then mentioned cancellation, and from there had no response after trying to call me to talk about my reasons. I responded multiple times to confirm my cancellation and ending all payments. I had not been charged because the payment plan had not started yet.
Finally I got ahold of an ELP representative, went through the process of canceling. Was told to wait up to 3 business days to get a confirmation email and payments to be stopped. I got no email about the payments, just that my contract ceased.
Given it’s been more than 3 days, the vast claims of fraud, scam, and shady practices. I took this to mean they have ignored my payment cancellation as if it’s some separate matter.
I will be filing this with the FTC of everything currently. And further escalations if I get charged the bi-weekly $130.09 by the firm.
Thank you everyone for giving clarity to this business. It has helped me take action and prevent being another victim of their spineless actions and abusing people in vulnerable situations in an attempt to make it worse.

By the reviewer's own admission, the reviewer cancelled his contract with our law firm before services were to begin. The reviewer expressed buyer's remorse essentially and decided to part ways with our firm and we certainly respect his decision to do so. We wish him well moving forward; however, the reviewer is not truly able to review our services, considering he decided not to pursue representation with us, and is only presenting this review based on other reviews.
We respectfully encourage prospective clients and readers to consider the broader spectrum of feedback available online. The overwhelming majority of our reviews reflect very positive experiences and professional outcomes, with less than one-tenth of one percent expressing dissatisfaction—often in circumstances involving heightened emotional distress, such as personal financial hardship.
It is important to note that both our agreement and client service have withstood scrutiny from consumer protection organizations, like the Better Business Bureau, because we are fair to our clients and work hard for them.

Dropped from program once I received a civil summons
I have called several times concerning a refund that I was told I would receive from legal. I have yet to receive a call back from Stephanie or other manager. I have provided all information requested to verify that this is a legitimate review.

* Update *
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly regret hearing about your experience. Pursuant to your correspondence with our team members earlier today, our internal records demonstrate that we performed all services diligently, in good faith, and in accordance with both the fully executed agreement and the practical constraints intrinsic to legal and procedural processes. Accordingly, consistent with the firm’s established policies and the express terms of the agreement, all fees paid were duly earned for services rendered and are nonrefundable.

Frist off I would like to know how much…
Frist off I would like to know how much they are paying these people to lie about the quality of service from elite legal. They never return phone calls when they say they will. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney service. In my opinion they are scammers, Very dishonest people. I really don't expect to see my review listed. Because it's not what they want to hear or for people to read. Just proves my point. Don't trust this company they will rip you off
