knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
I felt safe in that the company was very professional. I was given contact information in case any issues came up. Friendly and caring staff made my decision feel like the right way to go as the process was thoroughly explained. It felt like a weight lifted from my shoulders.

The representative I spoke with was…awesome
The representative I spoke with was friendly, professional and truly helpful! She suggested a way to cancel my cards without having to pay a $39 fee to cancel each one through the bank! That would’ve been $312 and I didn’t even think of that! So I’m truly soooo appreciative of her help! ❤️❤️❤️

So far so good. I'm little concerned after reading reviews, but I'm going to stick it out. The interview was good. Found out stuff i didn't know. All in all happy right niw.
