Elite is the third warranty company I’ve tried and in my first month I am so happy with my experience. They have consistently gotten techs scheduled for the next day which is much faster than other companies. Brandon has been incredibly helpful and it has been so great having a real live person to text and call directly. My service call was a bit complicated due to multiple issues with a single appliance and Brandon provided outstanding help and customer service.

It's probably to early to tell but so far we are happy with our choice. We chose Elite on the recommendation of the owner and several real estate agents who work with her at her agency. After her recommendation we looked up reviews on Elite along with the BBB ratings and we were quite impressed. Your representative Nir handled all of our questions and concerns flawlessly. Turns out you were higher priced than 2 others that we were talking to but based on your reviews, ratings and our dealings with Nir we choose Elite. We sincerely hope both us and your company do well with our choice. If you'd like to thank the real estate people for the enthusiastic recommendation you can contact Patti Lillard, Montague & Miller Agency at 540 718-3300. Tell Nir that Brian and Barb says "Hi" and wish him well and much success. Brian Kelly Madison, VA

She very patiently, Kindly and competently answered our many questions about EHW's plans, as well as their responses to hypothetical scenarios for our total home warranty coverage. She NEVER was rushed or rude; instead, she was extremely personable and able to answer every single question over a two-day period! Her unwavering transparency, consistency, clarity in her personable responses gave us the confidence to enroll in a year's contract with EHW. Thank you, Suzy!! You are unsurpassed! :~)
