I love this company
I love this company! The customer service is amazing. They really went above and beyond to help me with a shipping issue when I reached out. I also appreciate the communications by text. As for the hair, it was perfect. I once made the mistake of ordering the same hair from amazon, I'm so convinced it was a dupe. The quality was just different and not as good... and the package of that hair was closed with tape instead of the white round clasps. I won't make that mistake again...I'll only be ordering from elevate styles and since they fixed my shipping issue, it will be more frequently too!

I love the fast shipping with Elevate…
I love the fast shipping with Elevate Styles, however, I am a bit curious as to why the wigs I ordered was missing most of the packaging that aids in keeping the wig shape. After carefully inspecting each wig to make sure they were in good condition, I was satisfied.

Pro and con
The packaging was sloppy, came in just a plastic, smushed and hanging out. Got it fast tho so that was great. Order it Friday got it Monday

Hello, You chose ECO SHIPPING. This option is cheaper freight since the excess packaging is removed and inserted in protective sleeves. You could elect for our regular shipping option in which wigs are shipped in their original packaging and be eligible for return if that were a concern for you.
