I'm in Canada and I purchased my products on Nov 22, 2018 paid $45 USD for shipping and I have yet to receive my purchase. When I tracked my shipment it's still in the US. I would recommend that your company does not use USPS for international consumers as it takes too long to reach the final destination. I made purchases from other internarional companies that took less than a week to reach me. Not impressed!

I had a special request regarding the shipping and they answered me back promptly and said they would do what I wanted. Therefore I was very satisfied. I had another order that came very fast, faster than I expected. I'll shop there again!
