Dear Md Sadek, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely appreciate your patience and value your feedback. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait over the weekend without being able to track your payment. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. This case required additional compliance reviews, which unfortunately extended our usual response time. I'm happy to inform you that our team has thoroughly investigated your concern and resolved the issue as of 12:58 p.m. today. To summarize the resolution: 1. We looked into your transactions, and the money was released successfully and credited to your account. 2. The amount was on hold as it was received through an unsupported platform. 3. Please ensure you use a supported platform for the following transactions. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need clarification or have any questions about the transaction. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you feel we've adequately addressed your concerns, we would appreciate you updating your review to reflect your current experience. However, we completely respect your decision either way. We're constantly working to improve our services, including faster response times during weekends and off-hours. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us achieve this goal. Thank you again for choosing Elevate Pay. We're committed to providing you with the best possible service and look forward to continuing to serve you. Best, Team Elevate Pay
