I withdrew about 4645 USD from ElevatePay, and normally it takes 5-15 minutes to transfer a payment of 1000 or less. But this time it has taken 5 days, and the payment is not in my account. I have been contacting them through email on a daily basis and have just called them on the phone, but they don't know what is happening. Their customer support behaves like a 3rd party who has no clue about the status of the transaction. Transfer Date & Time: 7 OCT 2026, 4:29 PM Is this normal, and is anyone else facing the same issue?

It used to have the best rates before, after their re-birth with new bank their rates are very very low as compared to real market. I withdrew my dollars in just around 276.5 where as Remitly offers 278.5 and above. Elevatepay is not giving the same rate as market. no doubt the servce is mostly quick but with these exchange rates its no good as compared to remitly. imaging withdrawing 6000usd in 2-3pkr less. 6000*2= 12000pkr , im losing 12000 with every transaction with them as compared to Remitly even Local exchange rates are better.

why i can't enter phone number at signup page it is limiting digits to 9 for Turkey but phone number is 10 digits without leading 0. I am not able to enter my phone number there.

They ask me a U$100 fee for a deposit from a freelance work. Is that OK?

Initially they Provide Virtual Cards, Now they are not offering virtual card. The reason why i create account because of virtual card. Totally disappointed

Previous review: Scammers, held my 2300$ Domain Registered in 2023, customer support said 2021! Pure scammers, I received a payment of 2296.76 and they held it, asked for documents, I provided. And it’s been about 4 days they haven’t replied, call center can’t provide an estimated time yet. Pure scammers, don’t even put a penny on their app. Update: They settled the amount after 5 days when I put this review on trustpilot or why they kept me waiting I don’t know. But I called them several times and got miss information and noticed very unprofessionalism. So I recommend not to use this app for big amounts of transactions.
