Elevated Recovery has been a lifesaver and a game-changer. I was and am a man who had struggled with compulsive behavior for the last 13 years and one day I decided to finally take a stand. My parish priest recommended me to this program and I will always be grateful. On the big picture, they have provided me with many tools and strategies, such as self-talk, mindfulness and many others that I have not only enjoyed but they are active solutions to the addiction I no longer desire in my life. But beyond that, the program is extremely holistic and I have learned how to be more in touch with my feelings, communicate, and combat procrastination. I am well on my way to becoming the best version of myself. I would also like to say that everyone involved with the program is committed to helping and assisting each individual as if they were the only ones in the whole world. From the moment of getting signed up and onboarding, I was guided bt GT Tan who answered all my questions and concerns. I must admit that when I came in to the program, I was hesitant, even after my priest had suggested it. But thanks to GT, that all went out the window. Not only did he reassure me but he provided me with plenty of resources that brought things I had not considered to light. As I have got more involved in the program, I have met people like Chris, Dr. Eastman, and Orestes, all with their own speciality and expertise. Each week I hop on a call with them or I communicate with them and that alone has made the program worth. All of these folks have helped me learn more about myself or have given me the tools to achieve my goals. All around highly recommended!

All the members of Elevated Recovery are compassionate and understanding. They know what it's like and have your best interests at heart. Having experienced coaches and leaders like JK was a game-changer for me and my journey to freedom. It has only been a couple of months in the program. However, I've already come so far. A recent win for me was having the courage to open up to a family member about my struggles and having them be supportive and non-judgemental towards me. This is something I couldn't have thought of doing before joining the program. The program has also given me the confidence in myself to know I always have a choice. I felt trapped and alone. Having other men to guide you and support you has been vital to me. To remind you. You are not alone in this struggle. I'd like to shout out to Reboot Hero Chris for his amazing encouragement and support. As well as to GT. He was there from the beginning. Let me be an example to you, brother. You CAN do this!

I have a better understanding of the inner workings of my psyche related to my out of control behavior. I never knew I had the control to handle my cravings and urges before this program… I now know how to catch myself before I slip into in to relapse and most importantly I’ve learned how to stop myself from acting out ALTOGETHER… I still have much to learn. It’s so cliche but if I can get a grip on my out of control behavior then So can you. There has been so many tools to utilize throughout the day that keeps your mind in check and out of state of relapsing or acting as long as you use them… I have a clear understanding of why I use “Poor”nography now and it’s mainly because I never knew how to feel my emotions. This program has taught me how feel and process my emotions for the first time in my life and I love it… I feel so much more mentally and emotionally mature than I’ve ever felt in my life. I waited over 9 years to join the program and lost everything in between time. I didn’t know they kept calling me because they were trying to save me from me

I had joined the program after a very difficult phase of my life and I want to thank GeeTee Tan for his constant support since day 1 and of course JK for his guidance and system which I use to this day. GeeTee is a very empathetic and friendly approachable person who always replies to every DM and is the ever-present brother on this journey for me and countless others. I want to thank all the reboot strategists, accountability partners and coaches for saving my life and setting me on the path of greatness and freedom I'm on now. Don't look at this program as spending lot of money, look at it as a life-transformation and spending money which you will save 10000x of later on and have so much more energy and confidence to make even more for yourself. Hon has been an excellent guide and has helped me tremendously. He checks in often and is great at holding people accountable. Reboot strategist Hon has been consistent in checking in and encouraging progress. One of my biggest wins has been catching myself sooner with compulsive or counterproductive behaviors. The group coaching calls provide ongoing reinforcement, even if not every part of the process is easy. A key takeaway for me has been recognizing how much of this addiction is tied to habits of thinking. Having an AP for accountability and coaches who challenge framing has supported refinement in mindset and goals. Overall, it’s been a structured experience with steady guidance.
