Great Service!! Great Products! Ordered the hybrid beer glasses and the shaker. Enjoyed our first beverage pool side after a long hot Florida day and the beer stayed Cold!! Ordered the shaker as well, the top had a very small dent, I sent an email with a picture, EVERYTHING was resolved in 20 minutes!!! They’re sending the replacement part! No BS, No back and forth, just straight forward service!! I Will be ordering more! Gifts! For myself, family and friends!

I've been a huge fan of Elevated Craft since day one. I actually got my original shaker through their Kickstarter campaign! From the very beginning, this company has been incredibly professional and clearly puts the customer first. I recently had a minor hiccup with my shaker, and Josh stepped up immediately to make everything perfectly right. I’m 61 years old, I’m a real customer, and I can confidently say this is the absolute BEST shaker I have ever owned! Highly recommend!

Hi Murat! Thank you so much for leaving a candid review about your recent order through Elevated Craft. We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for all of us supporters all around the world. It looks like your order was shipped out form our fulfillment center on January 20th, 2026 and made it to the Netherlands on January 27th, 2026. It does look like it took Dutch Customs a couple of business days to process the package, but I do see that the order is Out for Delivery as of January 30th, 2026. Shipping orders internationally does take a little bit of extra time to allow for transport and customs clearance, and we appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you. Cheers, Elevated Craft Support

I recently purchased the Elevated Craft Diamond edition hybrid shaker and LOVE it!! No more freezing my hand off, or having to bang the shaker on the counter to separate the top! It’s sleek, sexy and so functional. I left my new shaker at our vacation cottage, and was recently home mixing a cocktail for myself using my old fashioned, basic shaker when I grabbed it the wrong way and it separated and poured the entire drink, ice and everything, all over myself and my kitchen!! Never again!! Ordering my second Elevated Craft Diamond edition today!! It’s so worth the splurge!”

I wrote detailed 3 Star review pointing out a major design oversight in their insulated pint glasses. They are made for 12oz. beers and don't hold a proper "tall boy" 16oz. craft beer can. I complimented the quality otherwise and pointed out they are pricey. Included a photo as well. I guess they feared this would hurt sales and censored my review.
