quality of the shaker still unknown, but good enough to make the second purchase (as a gift). they know it, their ceo sends an automated email for this. don't send email, solve the issue sir. -- 30.01 yesterday they tried to deliver, but your email for "it is out for delivery" comes in 31.01 . take this as a feedback, work w DHL.

It looks like your order was shipped out form our fulfillment center on January 20th, 2026 and made it to the Netherlands on January 27th, 2026. It does look like it took Dutch Customs a couple of business days to process the package, but I do see that the order is Out for Delivery as of January 30th, 2026. Shipping orders internationally does take a little bit of extra time to allow for transport and customs clearance, and we appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.
