SCAM ! They sent me a letter urging my warranty has expired , but I could get an extended version if I call before Sep 1st. I called the number on the piece of mail. They were very aggressive in wanting my personal information but was hesitant to give me their names. The rep said they were affiliated with my dealership. I stated that I would just call my dealership to get more information about this company and he then replied that my dealership wouldn’t know anything I was talking about. I called back later that day to ask to be removed from their list so I wasn’t ever contacted by this company again. The lady that I spoke to yelled at me and hung up. They just want your personal information and your money. PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! SCAM

PREDATORY SCAM - BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
PREDATORY SCAM - BEWARE!
Do not listen to the many FAKE REVIEWS here! This company - and his other company only seek to "sell warranty" contracts to Vulnerable and often Elderly people
They tried to scam my elderly mother - fortunately I was able to intercept before she gave them her credit card!

HORRIBLE COMPANY
HORRIBLE COMPANY! You guys have sent several pieces of mail to my house with a car I do not even have. When I called the 888 number on the mail that was sent to my house I was met with ATTITUDE like I did something wrong. This company is a SCAM… PLEASE STOP SENDING STUFF TO MY HOUSE. You can have that attitude with your actual customers.

Jessica Moore is fantastic!
I was completely flabbergasted with problems when I tried to file a reimbursement claim and our policy could not be found. I spent 2 hours calling numbers given to me by Evercare, and luckily, ended up in the professional care of Jessica Moore. This can-do woman worked with me to help me find the details that I needed, despite many obstacles. She was friendly, reassuring, and her kindness and empathy made a harrowing experience so much better. I am very, very grateful for her hard work and dedication on my behalf.

Beware
Beware. They are indeed scammers and extremely pushy. I knew the second they answered its a call center scam that preys on the elderly. Luckily I pulled this up to confirm my gut feeling, but their letter seemed legit and I believed from the dealer until they admitted their company isn't. Warn your grandparents to not answer mail, even with time sensitive bologna on it, because it is a scam.

This company is A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
This company is A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
In Feb.2026 I bought my new used work van from a private owner, we went to the DODGE dealership, and transferred the ownership to my name.
A few days later, I got a call to give them a mileage reading for extended warranties. They didn’t introduce the company name, what they offered, and I suspected it was a call from the DODGE dealership.
After I gave them mileage reading, I was told I have to make a payment of $189.00.I suspected it was a 1-time processing fee, and made a payment. After payment was processed, the guy (his name Colmy) told me that I have a 4-year Agreement, and my monthly payment of $189.00 will be charged to my credit card.
I immediately requested to cancel the payment, and get a refund. I was misled, I don’t need this agreement for FOUR years with monthly payments of $189. But the worker (Colmy) said the payment was already processed, and I have to call them in a few days. It was a LIE!
A few days later, I called the company again, and requested to cancel an Agreement and get a refund of $189.00..
30 days later I didn’t see a refund on the bank statement, and called them again, and this time M…. told me that I have to wait for 60 days, but it was just 30 days!

The company still didn’t pay me a refund. I called again to check the status on the refund check. I was arguing with Michael for about 15 minutes.
Only at this point he requested a NOTARIZED CANCELLATION LETTER!

Produced Notarised Cancellation Letter, and sent it.

Talked to Dimisha. She dropped the call.
Called again, talked to Rosty ( the names could be fake). This time I was told that my cancellation is behind a 30-day limit. No Refund is processed in their system!
I will never get my payment of $189.00 back!
This company made a system to fool the customers, drug the time, and make them behind the 30-day Cancellation period to avoid paying them money back!
It's a RACKETEERING formula of BUSINESS.. .
The company makes you think they are calling from the dealership. They will get you to make just one payment, for car warranty purposes. But in reality it’s a 4 years Contract with a total payment of $9,268.00!
For this much money you can replace the engine or transmission without any Insurance company, on top of that, you have a factory warranty. The possibility that you will use this company's services is almost ZERO! This is a SCAM COMPANY.
