I bought this couch in early 2021 and I honestly wish I never had. 1) The back cushions were so lumpy and extremely uncomfortable and actually caused me some back pain issues. 2) When I was putting it together, my mother noticed that parts were held together with staples and remarked that this probably would not last. (She was correct.) 3) I noticed about a month or so ago that the fabric was tearing away at one of the top corners of the couch. Upon further inspection, the entire arm of the couch was separating away from the rest of it. I have not moved this couch since I got it and it's not like I am sitting on the top corner of the couch so what would be the reason for that? 4) I ended up purchasing a new sofa and as I was taking the elephant in a box apart to store away, I discovered that the "extra strong honeycomb" was totally ripping apart inside. So, yeah. The sofa I paid almost $900 for got thrown in the trash after only owning it for a year and a half. I absolutely will never buy anything from this company again.

We are waiting on a replacement apart for over 2 weeks. Said it was shipped but has never arrived. Very slow at answering emails.

No reply for my emails and the customer support team is not at all trained. No one ever picks up the call. Bad experience. My sofa was faulty and had an email change going on with the support team but they stopped replying after a while.

I ordered the long sofa, but received a dynamic sofa. I called into their customer service line and was never able to get a representative on the line, only left voicemails. They will send me an email, but they do not answer any follow-up questions via email. Requiring me to call in and leave another voicemail. It was explained to me that the long sofa is a dynamic sofa + a seat extension. I was only told a week after receiving the dynamic sofa that the seat extension was not in stock. Their lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend buying their products at this point

Do not do business with this company. We ordered the dynamic sofa. It arrived broken. Called the company a dozen times, left 3 voicemails with no response from them. I notified my credit card to dispute the charges and called and left that info in my 4th voicemail to them...lo and behold within 15 minutes they respond to THAT message with instructions on how to return. It was returned on May 6, 2022 and as of today's date (May18 2022) STILL no refund to my credit card and no response from them. If this sounds like a reputable company that you would want to do business with, go for it. I wpould give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered my replacement pieces over a month ago and nothing has shipped!!

I'm going with three stars initially. The accordion piece in the middle is torn away from the cardboard, so it's not spanning the width of the couch. I fixed this by stapling the piece back to the cardboard. It's holding, but I don't have a lot of faith in staples lol. Beyond that, the couch is great. Assembly was pretty easy, it's pretty comfy, but the cushions I can already tell aren't going to last long in retaining their support. I will come back to this review in a month or so after it breaks in a bit more. 5/19 Update - Elephant reached out and I provided pictures...then nothing since (this is back on 4/15). So my review is being lowered to one star now. The staples aren't holding and the company's customer service literally disappeared lol. Very strange, but ultimately (based on the customer service alone) I would advise you to not purchase this couch.

Item came with defective parts and still have not gotten a replacement for the parts.
