Le transporteur m’a informée qu’il n’assurait pas la livraison de colis de cette dimension, à la différence d’autres transporteurs. J’ai donc été obligée de louer une camionnette et de faire 190km A/R pour acheminer le colis jusqu’à mon domicile. Je n’ai obtenu comme dédommagement qu’un casque !!! En ce qui concerne le vélo en lui même Positif : autonomie du vélo, moteur central, freins hydrauliques Négatif : selle peu confortable qui malgré le réglage à tendance à pencher vers l’avant, pas de tige de selle suspendue Porte bagage fixé sur le garde boue trop léger, feu arrière à pile Seulement 7 vitesses donc tendance à mouliner au dessus de 25km/h

Eleglide T1 step-thru de 2ans. près de 6000km parcouru. Fiable, bonne autonomie (50km en moyenneavec niveau d'assistance réglé à 5). robuste et très pratique. La selle est confortable. Le moteur avec son couple de 50Nm, fait passer presque toute les montées. La maintenance, genre changement de disque est très simple. Pas de panne reconcentré. Je recommande.

Achat C1 et C1ST, Superbe vélo. Le vélo arrive presque monté et il vous faudra un peu de temps pour parfaire le réglage guidon,cet dérailleur . Après que du bonheur Société hyper sérieuse, service commercial très réactif et au répond au moindre soucis et a régler très rapidement un problème avec la société de livraison. Purchased C1 and C1ST, superb bike. The bike arrives almost assembled, and you'll need a little time to perfect the handlebar and derailleur adjustments. After that, nothing but happiness. A very reliable company, very responsive sales department, responding to the slightest concern and quickly resolving an issue with the delivery company.

Ich bin das Eleglide M1 jetzt 18 Monate am Stück gefahren. Ca 6.500 km Gesamt. Bei ca 4.000 km hat sich das Radlager in der vorderen Felge zerlegt und ich musste die komplette Felge tauschen. Da hätte ich etwas mehr Qualität und Robustheit erwartet. Ich musste leider fast 2 Wochen warten,da die Ersatzteilversorgung nicht mehr sehr gut ist. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch die Bremsüberwachung. Dreht man an der Stellschraube am Bremshebel, um den Zug zu spannen, kann es vorkommen das das System keine Unterstützung mehr leistet. Im großen und ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Eleglide M1. Preis/Leistung top. Auch das Gas geben per Handgriff empfand ich als angenehm. Ich würde das nächste mal aber das M1 PLUS kaufen, da es mehr Reichweite hat.

Speravo di essere l'unica sfortunata ad avere avuto problemi con wuesta bici, ma vedo che sono in buona compagnia. L'ho acquistata a febbraio tramite Geekmall: Una consegna che sembrava un parto. Tempi biblici… Ed ora da circa due mesi la bici difetta. Si spegne da solo il motore durante la marcia, e si riaccende solo dopo un paio di minuti lasciandomi completamente senza, assistenza com una bici pesantissima da pedalare. L'assistenza alla pedalata invece che partire sibito, ora parte a due pedalate. Vi lascio immaginare quanto è bello ripartire in salita se l'assistenza non si attiva subito. Alcune mattine non parte proprio… devo pedalare almeno una decina di volte per svegliare il motore. Ho contattato Geekmall che dice che il motore stacca l'assistenza se supero i 25 km orari. Praticamente non hanno neppure capito in cosa difetta. Io sono furente. Ho lasciato una Nilox NG molto meno costosa che in realtà faceva barba e capelli a questa. Se pensate di acquistare la Eleglide C1 St lasciate perdere. È un flop allucinante!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
