Appalling delivery company
At this point in time I still have not received the item I ordered. The delivery company cainiao is appalling. They pretend no one was there to receive the parcel. There is a caretaker and a bell to call him. It is impossible to contact cainao despite sending several mails. I am very disappointed .

The size guide is not correct
The size guide is not correct, I made the order depending on it and I got a wrong size, to return the order back or exchange it. I have to bear the shipping charge which is higher than the product itself as I'm outside US.

misleading delivery information
I was sent a notification through email and text that my order was delivered, when in fact it's NOT! I call this misinformation.
