ElegattoReviews of elegatto.com

After seeing Elegatti bracelets all over the social media channels, I decided to give a them a try for my daughter and U couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The bracelets are not only sleek and stylish but also crafted with exceptional quality. The fast shipping and impressive packs added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!!

Shopping at Elegatto's online store has been a breeze! The website is user-friendly, and I love how they provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images of each item. The ordering process is smooth, and my purchases always arrive well-packaged and on time. Plus, their customer service is excellent and responsive. A great online shopping experience overall!

Looks great with my watch! Got it as a present long time ago and still look great. Holds the shape and gives good vibes.

As a follow up to the below review, someone from Customer Care did reach out to me after this review and sent a replacement product. This new item seems to be of better quality and is holding up so far. I appreciate them following up and doing something about this issue. Thanks Very bad quality product. Bought a bracelet from them in Dec 2023. Very bad quality locking mechanism. One of the bracelets I bought had very bad quality securing mechanism. The pin came off and I lost it few months ago. Right after I bought it, I found the bracelet. But the secondary pin provided also did not stay in place either. No good response from customer service. I was told that's money down the drain as its been over 30 days.

I’m amending my initial review. After contacting the company about a poor experience and defective materials, I was pleased to receive a personal response from customer service. I received a replacement bracelet of very good quality. I love their style and my husband is happy!

I had some difficulties receiving the order, but it was resolved (they went out of their way to sort out) by customer servoces and I am satisfied with the bracelet.
