I am very impressed with the customer support team. They were always responsive, quick to answer my questions, and consistently available throughout the entire process. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to help, and their professionalism made the experience smooth and stress-free.

I have ordered several bracelets from them and all have fit and worked great. I did order a Cuban chain to match one of the bracelets I had and the Clasp broke. Even though it was after the 30 day no questions ask warranty they replaced for me free of charge. In my experience no many companies will do that. I will continue to buy from them in the future as they are a great company

Can't say enough good things about Elegatto. I had a screw on one of their bracelets that wasn't locking quite right. They reached out to me in less than 12 hours and replaced it, no questions asked. I ordered 3 bracelets all at once and couldn't be happier with each of them
