I accidentally ordered the wrong size bracelet. Karla from customer support helped me from start to finish. She sent me a return label to send the wrong size back and once received she sent me the right size free of charge. Karla made this process so smooth and seamless. I am very happy with the bracelets I bought from Elegatto. Because of the quality of the product and people like Karla I will return and buy more when I need more high fashion and quality bracelets and accessories. Great experience with elegatto. For starters their designs are awesome. Nicely priced. Received items in order Customer service was top notch. Emails replied swiftly. But what impressed me the most about this company which I rarely see these days is them honouring their customer orders. They sent me the wrong design for one item, and promptly resent the correct one the very next day. Great job elegatto!!!.

I am thrilled to leave this review. In a world where customer service can be lackluster, Elegatto has renewed my faith. I have bought two bracelets, the first one has been perfection and I absolutely love it. The second bracelet I had an issue with the pin coming out and not only was the response to my concern prompt, but a new replacement bracelet has been shipped without me asking. I will continue to do business with Elegatto because the product is well made and I love it on my wrist. I get compliments. Shout out to Chloe for making my experience a 5 star Plus!!

I just got the Pelagus bracelet from Elegatto for my husband, and I have to say, he's really impressed! The color is gorgeous, and the design feels super sleek without being over the top.
