Customer Service rarely seen today
I was a first time customer and my package was destroyed by the USPS and my bracelet wasn’t in the package. I emailed customer support at Elegatto and they responded within minutes. I provided them proof of the destroyed package and they sent me a new bracelet. Incredible customer service rarely seen today. Highly recommend this company. Incredible product with a great price point.

Elegatto is a trustworthy organization. I live in Australia, so knowing that if I have any issues Elegatto is willing to help work through the problem. Got the wrong size bracelets first up. The process to change the order was easy and quick. Thank you. Also the products are of an excellent quality and design. Cannot find anything like it in Australia. I have since bought 3 more bracelets and love them. Thank you Elegatto
