I never really cared for men's necklaces—until I saw one on a friend and was instantly drawn to it. When I asked about the brand, he told me it was Elegatto. Checked out their website and ended up buying a few pieces for myself. The quality and style exceeded my expectations—super happy with my choice!

I accidently ordered the wrong size bracelet, and then I was conversing with Chloe to correct my mistake. after receiving the incorrect sized bracelet, I refused it when it was delivered as per Chloe . Then when ELEGATTO CO. got it back , they sent me the correct size, and all was great. Thankyou Chloe and ELEGATTO CO. Sincerely Brian Eger

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Elegatto's Customer Service team for their prompt response and invaluable support throughout my return process. I acknowledge that the items I purchased were non-returnable sets, but made a mistake on the size of my bracelets (intended as gifts for my close friends at my wedding), so I truly appreciate their willingness to assist. Having worked in sales and customer service myself, I genuinely respect their dedication to resolving this issue and upholding their company’s reputation. Elegatto's products are of exceptional quality (have already bought a few of them), and so is the team behind them! Special thanks to Chloe!!
