Prompt and clear response
Had an issue with a couple items, reached out, got a prompt response, clear return instructions. They don't do refunds, per se, only store credit, but I was OK with that.

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service! I have several Elegatto bracelets and I enjoy them all but there's one in particular that I love, the stainless steel bangle (shackle) bracelet. While grocery shopping the screw fell out of the bracelet and I was unable to find it so I went to Elegatto's website to hopefully buy a replacement. Unfortunately they don't sell a replacement (I don't know why, I can't be the only person who's lost one) so I had to purchase a new shackle. After making the purchase I sent Elegatto an email to explain what happened and ask why they don't sell replacement screws. Chloe (the customer service agent) was apologetic and professional, she promised to forward my concerns to someone higher up and as an apology she issued a 15% refund on the new bracelet. What miss could I ask for?

Amazing company!
I recently purchased a bracelet as a gift for my husband. Sadly it was delivered but not to me! On contacting the Elegatto help team, Chloe very kindly dealt with the issue straight away and a replacement was sent out to me! Amazing service! Without doubt, would recommend this company!

First Experience 10/10
I received all of the bracelets and they were wonderful except one of the products was damaged upon arrival. I emailed Elegatto and less than 24 hrs later they responded with a replacement in the mail. Wonderful products and customer service!!!! 10/10
