The customization process was smooth and the invitations are made with high quality materials, so they turned out beautiful. They stated that it would take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYs to complete 10-12 BUSNINESS DAYS to arrive and it was just that. When I called them the person handling the order answered her phone all the way and was very polite.
