I am giving this company 5 stars because when I received my invitations they were perfect and so beautiful! I needed the invitations rushed because getting them custom ordered and confirming everything looked good took longer than expected. That was no problem for them what-so-ever and they arrived super fast! The packaging was amazing; you would think something breakable was inside (I had them sent to my parents house). I currently live in Europe so for me, their service hours were what made communication difficult, at times, and everything take longer. Everyone I encountered through email was very helpful and tried to contact me as soon as possible...with the time difference it was hard to be immediate, myself included. However, their online chat was very responsive during their hours. My nerves and not being able to immediately talk with someone made it all worth it because they came out amazing! This company has the most beautiful invitations I have encountered which is why I chose them and definitely recommend as well. Their prices are extremely reasonable too.

Just received my invitations and they were beautiful ! Better than I had imagined . I worked with Mary and she was great! Definitely recommend them to get your wedding invitations made , you won’t be disappointed .

Elegant invites are very reasonably priced. Their communication was superb, replied very quickly. The website was very easy to use. They were happy to customise my order to exactly what I was after and the postage was prompt. Would definitely use them again. The assembly was a little fiddly but I enjoyed making them.

Surprised, and especially thank you because my wedding invitations are perfect !!!! I was a little worried since I changed the color, but they took care of what I wanted! They are perfect! thank you very much!! Excellent work team

They were very easy to work with and prompt. We wanted a small design change and they did it for a small and reasonable fee. The only drawback is that I the invitations require more self assembly than I was expecting.

Elegant wedding invites was very helpful and reliable. The invitations came out great, exactly how we expected! They answered to all of our concerns quickly and made all the adjustments we asked for. Couldn't be happier with my wedding invitations!

The website was very easy to navigate and the online proofs that were sent matched exactly with what we had. We had also made some changes to the order as we received proofs and they were so awesome about helping us!! We got the order earlier than expected and they are so beautiful!

After our caterer unexpectedly moved up a deadline, I was worried that we would not get our invitations in time. I contacted Elegant Wedding Invites, and was impressed with their quick response and their willingness to accommodate our situation. We received our order in a very timely manner. Obviously, rushing the order through did nothing to diminish the quality of the finished products, because the caliber of their work was superb. I was proud to mail these beautiful invitations and response cards to our family and friends. I would not hesitate to use Elegant Wedding Invites again, and will definitely recommend their services.
