Great service. I ordered a few samples first to be able to see the quality of the materials. Then I placed my order. I communicated several times with them regarding a few questions and special requests, and they always answered promptly. The process was very smooth, I got the e-proofs very quickly along with an order summary and several follow up emails. The invitations arrived very quickly and they were absolutely beautiful! There were no damages, and everything was exactly how I wanted it!

My invitations were perfectly made! They look absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend Elegant Wedding Invites ❤️

Easy way to purchase your invitations. The communication is great with the company. I would highly recommend and use again!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with elegant wedding invites. The final product was beautiful and we were so pleased with the service and communication from their team.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was working with elegantweddinginvites.com!!! The whole process from start to finish was awesome. The customer service was very quick to respond to my emails and they were so helpful and friendly. The wedding invites I ordered are absolutely GORGEOUS and I couldn’t believe how quickly they made them and shipped them to me. Thank you so much for the great experience! I highly recommend!!!

I appreciate they're ability to accommodate changes and revisions. For the cost and design, I would recommend them. However, they do not have a live customer service offering. Having questions before purchasing was difficult. I had to just bank that everything would turn out ok. There wasn't clarity that I'd have to assemble the invitations. (I had to glue the pieces together and tie the string around the whole thing. I'm ok with having to put the invitations into the envelopes. And wish I know this beforehand because I would have been happy to pay extra to have it pre-assembled.) Some of the printing was off, so they didn't plan for bleeding, and half of the invitations had a chunk of the design missing. Not that big of a deal but for someone who has an eye for design, it bothered me. All in all, I feel that if you want beautiful and unique invitations at a great cost, I highly recommend them. But if you're looking for customer service where you can speak to a real person and have your concerns and questions addressed. I would not recommend them.

I was nervous about ordering invitations I couldn't physically see and touch. We purchased gold laser cut invitations for my daughter's Quinceañera. I worried especially about the font color. One of our main colors is a darker shade of red but not quite maroon/burgandy, and we wanted the font color to match it. It seems everyone has a different name for this particular shade we are working with which makes it hard since I can't just say it's X color and it's a perfect match. In the proof they send you can see the color pretty good. After several adjustments and crossing fingers I was so relieved to open the box to the most perfect invitations. The quality is good, the service is good. They followed up after the package was delivered to ensure we were satisfied. I'm glad we went with this company and will be referring family and friends to them.

Very happy with my invitation. I was nervous at first because I’ve never ordered from this site, let alone invitations so I didn’t know what to expect. Communication was so quick and I was able to reach someone very quickly. I sent out my invitations and everyone is raving about how beautiful they are. Not to mention they arrived very quickly. Still can’t stop looking at them. They’re absolutely beautiful!! Thank you!!
