Dear Gemma, thank you for reviewing us. We would really love to lower the shipping prices for international orders. However, that is what the carrier charging us and we need to pass it to the international customers. Meantime, your order was received on Feb 22nd and your package was shipped the same day. Today is 7th day and unfortunately international shipping can take from 10-15 days depending on customs clearance. We are really sorry that you have experienced this rather poor international shipping experience and hope that you will get our package soon. We will also be tracking your package and make sure it arrives to you. Best regards, Elegant Gifts CS Team.
