My first encounter with elegant gifts has been nothing but outstanding. I purchased one of their products and it was handled promptly and was shipped as soon as possible. They also said if it didn't meet my expectations they would replace it or promptly refund my money. They did this as well. I would rate them excellent by all standards five stars for them!!

I'd love to review this product, but since it has apparently been shipped via mule train (shipped 2 weeks ago) I'm still in the dark. 5 stars for sending out multiple requests for reviews though.
