I ordered a Motorola razr plus 2023 in the magenta color it took 12 days to get here I can wait you know that's not no problem but when it did get here I got a light blue one which was bad enough after waiting and then I could tell it was a refurbished phone it was not in a Motorola box also it came with a wall plug Motorola does not send a wall plug so it came with a wall plug and a cord no sim tool that's a pretty phone but I wanted the red color and they offered me a some kind of refund if I pay the return postage and 10% retocking fee or would I take a red case in place so I decided to take the red case if they even send it to me because I've heard reviews about them not you can send your phone back to him for a refund you won't get half of your money if any and they'll keep your phone you know I can try this into Amazon and get something off of it cuz it's still brand new I mean it's new to me it's not a brand new phone it's refurbished I can tell anyway I thought I'd share that with you beware update they did get back with me and said that was still all for me a refund and for me to get in touch with him by phone to see what they had for I can settle with I did not offer me a trade for a red phone so like I said beware I mean I'd rather have a trade for a red one then it refund which I never get anyway so I'm not going to do business for those people I was so excited let me down, senior person too you know that's all I have to live for is my little gadgets I get anyway that was a lesson learned Amazon it is I would like to update this review I was just informed by the company that electronics force and sell to get also they were all for me a full refund with shipping and restocking including I don't have to pay anything till they're being very nice they also offered for me to just keep the phone and $80 credit but you know I think I'd rather have my full refund but he said that was a brand new phone and I kind of believe him after being so nice because he said it's just wasn't in a Motorola box and he said he knows it Motorola doesn't send the plugins to go to the wall but he said that as an extra courtesy so I am changing my review too I said it should be a good company you know because he's going out of his way to help me because I'm elderly and I don't have a lot of money to for recycling fees and postage and all that restocking fees and poses so he helped me with that he said no places you know who's talking to no postage and they were talking to so I'll send that phone back to him and I'll get my full refund and I will do business with him again soon one day probably but just a different phone okay I hope that

The website was easy to navigate. Easy to order from. My phone came sooner than expected which was great because I had ran over my old one with my car.

Great customer service, responded to my questions immediately, even after hours. Shipped out, and received quickly. Everything as described.

Received a different phone then what I ordered but Electronics Force bent over backwards to make it right and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. Great customer service and my new phone works great!

I ordered Alcatel 4056 for T Mobile and received Alcatel 4044 for AT&T. Shipment came late. I will never order again from this company.

I ordered the phone on April 29th, 2025 at 9:51 am CST with 3-day shipping at nearly $20.00 extra to get it sooner. It's now May 5th, 2025 and according to USPS the package wasn't dropped off until May 1st, and is still sitting in Brooklyn, NY. I have no clue when I will even get this phone at this point. I called customer service and he said he would look into it and to call back and ask for him. I did, but he's on lunch and won't be back for an hour. Clearly the company doesn't have a CRM system to allow all agents to help any customer. I won't be able to call back because I have client meetings until 6:00 pm. I would say avoid this company due to their lack of systems and ability to send product expedited. They had no problems charging extra for expedited shipping, just never followed through. 5/12/25 - Firstly, this business posted my personal information, including my home address in their initial response to my post. Second, they never refunded the expedited shipping I paid for. I ordered the phone on April 29th, 2025 and didn't receive the phone until My 9th. Tell me if you think that's expedited shipping. The company says they would do the "right thing," which is what? Nothing? Good job. I will be contacting New York state's AG. Companies like Electronicsforce are completely untrustworthy and don't deserve your hard earned money.

I order a phone on the 03-17-25 and paid extra for fast delivery and today is the 03-25-25 and no phone. I use the tracking number to no luck , its in limbo
