Please note that an adult signature is required to complete the delivery process. If no one is available, the courier will attempt to re-deliver. In this case, we can see that three delivery attempts were made before the parcel was returned to us. Now that the order has been returned, we’ve offered you the choice of a store credit or a refund. Hi Jen, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order and regret that your experience fell short of expectations. Our delivery partner attempted to deliver your package twice; however, as the items are age-restricted, an adult must be present to sign for the delivery. As no one was available to sign, the parcel was returned to us. I've reviewed your correspondence with our team, and I can see they followed the correct procedures, providing the relevant information. In such cases, we offer either a full e-wallet credit or a refund minus a $20 restocking fee, which is credited to your e-wallet. Hi Daniel, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our shipping policy notes that orders may take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. Upon checking your tracking details, we can confirm that your order was successfully delivered on the tenth business day. We understand this may have taken longer than hoped, but we’re glad it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Regarding the tracking updates, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. This is due to the PACT Act, which no longer allows us to send with USPS; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we now rely on private carriers that make compliant deliveries. As the parcel is passed through a network, your tracking information will not provide consistent updates until it reaches the final mile carrier (for local delivery).
