Great prices, excellent communications and decent shipping times! Highly recommend these folks

Had to wait a few days for shipping versus running to Lowes to get smoke alarms rught away, but no big deal. Even with a$16 shipping charge, theee alarms were still $19 less than at Lowes, even with my 10 percent veterans discount at Lowes

Service was quick and smoke alarm works just fine. The charge for postage and handling was excessive. The part I really don't like, altho I don't know who is to blame, is since I placed the order I have been swamped with ads on both my phone and computer for your company. I accept one (1) and only 1 communication from or about you beyond my receipt. All of the others are unwanted and lead me to not consider your company for any other products.

took way to long to get my order, the emails i exchanged with your company led me to believe the order did not get placed until long after I was expecting it to be delivered. I am a new customer and it was a tiny order, it slipped thru the cracks. Bottom line, your people did not care enough.

Ease of site. No bullshit. Great price. Quick delivery.

It took me a little time to get oriented because I don't normally put up fire alarms. Your extra "harness" did speed up the installation.

Hard wired /DC Smoke alarms We ordered smoke alarms & they updated us to the newest version of what we ordered. The only thing I didn’t like was the cost of postage. They came In usps about a week later. Will install tomorrow.

I had never ordered from this store before but I had a very good experience. I was able to add on to my order with an actual person (!) and received my order fast! Prices were good too.
