I ordered a very specific product to be compatible with others I own. They didn't have it and chose to "upgrade" it. The product will not work for me. In fact, the product they sent isn't even the described upgrade in their invoice. They have ignored my requests to return it. They have also denied the first try at credit card dispute. Hoping I don't have to take legal action.

They have listed a part on their website, I ordered the part and then they gave me an "upgrade" to a part I DID NOT WANT. It was useless and their return policy says that the packaging must be original and that there is a 25% restorcknig fee. Garbage company engaged in false advertising. They absolutely do not have the item you want on the website and will just trade it out for what they consider similar.

After order was placed received an email that product would take an additional 6-8 weeks delivery let them know if I would like to proceed or cancel. That time line did not work for me so I needed to cancel. The customer rep was very rude about this and accused me of finding the lights cheaper elsewhere. They are the ones who would not have what i needed. I would NEVER shop here!!!!!!!!

Great initial experience, swift supply and delivery before Christmas, a gift for my son. 3 months later the monitor purchased is faulty, rendered useless with an issue with the use amid any remote. Eventually we received a replacement remote, but the issue was still not resolved. A month of chasing and emailing andnow I cannot get through to anyone at electricalbargains. Hoping to get a replacement monitor or for them to fix the issue.

I ordered a part and they came with the wrong connections and the wrong color. The return process for this company is hell. AFTER multiple emails back and forth they decided they wouldn't take back their products. I lost $80 plus shipping on a product I now found in Home Depot for $15 smfh terrible!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I ordered specific smoke detectors, and rather than ship the ones that I ordered they substituted with different ones and didn’t contact me first to ask if I wanted a substitution (which i did not!). I called in and told them they should have contacted me before shipping substitutions because I would have declined and asked for a refund before they shipped anything. You should never ship a substitution without asking the customer first if they want it. Now I have to take time out of my day to talk to customer service, submit an online form, wait for a label and print it off and take the items to the shipper to return. This should never have happened. I would not buy from this company again.
