Two months to get product with no immediate information when ordering it would be on backorder. Finally received with very little status provided while waiting.

I ordered 4 of the "Lithonia 65BEMW LED 30K 90CRI M6 835 Lumens 5/6 inch LED Recessed Downlight 12W 3000K Dimmable Energy Star, 90 CRI, White Finish" I received a Juno product instead, which I understand is the replacement for the Lithonia, but I ordered from you because your website said you had the Lithonia brand, and no one told me I'd get the Juno ones instead. I could have bought the Juno locally for $3-4 less, but your website said you had the Lithonia. It works ok, but you didn't tell me

Electric Bargin Store does have great prices but if you need to return something watch out. The customer service is very scripted and they really can’t give you any information because all their communications are via email to other so-called departments. I ordered lights and on their website it said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. A week later I get an email that said the lights are ordered will be delivered in for another six weeks but if I wanted to get a different color it could come in sooner sooner, meaning only about a week or two earlier. If I would’ve known that I was going to have this hassle, I would have not bought from Electric Bargin and I will never buy from them again.

Service was quick and smoke alarm works just fine. The charge for postage and handling was excessive. The part I really don't like, altho I don't know who is to blame, is since I placed the order I have been swamped with ads on both my phone and computer for your company. I accept one (1) and only 1 communication from or about you beyond my receipt. All of the others are unwanted and lead me to not consider your company for any other products.

took way to long to get my order, the emails i exchanged with your company led me to believe the order did not get placed until long after I was expecting it to be delivered. I am a new customer and it was a tiny order, it slipped thru the cracks. Bottom line, your people did not care enough.
