Being security conscious, I was very apprehensive about buying software from a company I knew very little about, much less about downloading software from a link. But, I needed MS, it was a great price for the software. Took a chance, turned out great. Seamless download and install.

Awesome customer service

Carl was my customer service representative and he went above and beyond to solve my issue. He even logged onto my computer to download the software for me. I am so grateful for the awesome customer service I received today. Thank you so much!! I will definitely come back to Eksoftware the next time I need to order a software program.

I found EKsoftware actually, by accident. I'm so happy I did. The follow up after I purchased my software has been second-to-none. Customer service obviously means something to this company. I give EKsoftware 5 stars.
