Carl was super! he was patient and thorough so that I could follow along as he did the install of my product. My laptop crashed and I have been reinstalling the system, MS did not have my MS suite key so I had to repurchase from you. Thank you for your help

Downloaded and paid for a product, however they did not have the product I paid for, and emailed me an hour later, but were willing to upgrade me. However, it was not useful for a Mac, so I needed a refund. They were quick to respond to inquiries and issue a refund.
