Very easy, straight forward process & good rate for software. I panicked for a moment that after I paid I didn’t get an email confirmation with a order number yet (usually instant). They assured me it would be there in about half an hour with the software codes/keys for activation and downloading online. He was correct! Took me about 15 minutes to install the entire suite & has worked seamlessly since. Would use EK software again without hesitation. They make the process as simple as possible & staff are helpful, responding very quickly and I was very pleased as a first time buyer with EK, I will be back ! Thanks

Accidentally purchased MS Office for two computers. Reached out to customer service. So thankful for Anne sending me a refund for the accidental purchase. Things were cleared up quickly and easily. Would be happy to work with again.

Purchased MS Publisher, got sent MS Office Pro. Had MS365 on my rig, had to delete it and then install MS Office. Ran into errors, Tech support was very helpful, but the publisher never could open previous publications, after 2 or 3 attempts, Ek referred me to MicroSoft helpdesk, they reinsalled MS 365 and solved the issue . EK's Support team is helpfull, professional and did their best would purchase from them again if the need arises
