The customer service was excellent; they let me know of the delay and when it was available it was an easy download. The install was easy and very streamlined and now I have a full working office suite to make my workflow much better. I love the new features, and it is easy to navigate to most areas to get my work completed. Excellent company to deal with.

Yesterday I had a serious problem with Microsoft Outlook 2021 which I had bought from Exsoftware. It just didn't work. I worked for hours. I went back to Eksoftware, and then Emre came to help. I had a server crash, and was unable to re-activate the win 2019 server license. Contacted Bryan *** 3 years*** after purchase and he had me do several steps to try - all that failed, so he sent me out another license - which worked! And ALL OF THIS ON A WEEKEND!!! Second time they have helped me - both times went OVER and BEYOND to make it all happen. Great support - Bryan... you rock!
