Every other time I ordered I would rate a 5. I’ve only had 2 issues ordering with you. The first was I had a bottle missing from the order, which you promptly replaced and it was greatly appreciated. The other was I got Bad Drip Don’t Care Bears instead of the Bad Drip Gnarly Sauce. You didn’t have a chance to correct that one because I never said anything about it. All and all you guys are great… super fast shipping, great customer service and the lowest prices around. I’ll continue to buy from you for the foreseeable future.

I ordered 2 Xros 3's and they both didn't work as intended. I reached out to customer service and explained the situatio, they couldn't take the product back because the were open. They gave me store credit of the full amount plus shipping and I was able to order another product that same day. Very fast service and very helpful
