I placed my first order with Ejuicedb last month. One of the disposable vapes worked the first few days then just quit working. It did take me making 2 calls to them about the vape but they gave me a store credit without an issue! Ejuicedb has a huge selection and what I feel are pretty low prices. Btw turn around is a few days, just be patient! I do recommend this vape store as they have a huge selection of assorted vapes and juices and the customer service was fantastic!

Order #DB197183 Still have not seen a resolution regarding this purchase. Ordered 0mg vape juice and received 6mg instead. Still as of a week and several emails to Missy from the company and nothing I went to a local vape and purchased a bottle of 0mg. This is one of the worst companies to do business with. At this point I am requesting my money back as I had to resolve the issue on my own If you want your product back you can send a self addressed envelope with postage and the item will be returned, unopened in its box.

I just made I believe my third order from EjuiceDB and as always they did not disappoint!! They carry the hard to find Pumpkin Spice Latte and with a price that quite simply cannot be beaten. The owner of the vape shop, around the corner where I get my coils, was trying to sell me juice and I told him that even if they had the stuff that I use that the chances of him being able to match prices was extremely remote. When I told him how much I paid for a 100ml bottle he was gobsmacked and told me that he couldn't even come close to that. Thank you EjuiceDB!!!

poor customer service , and poor trash products , you order vanilla flavor vape and you get something that taste like maple syrup , would not recommend

Don’t buy anything in bulk. I bought 3 boxes and 10 out of 30 didn’t not work. I’ve lost 1/3 of my money ordering from here and they say they can’t do anything about it even though they gave me a credit for the last 8 that didn’t work. Will not order from here again.

Very poor customer service. If you can find your juice elsewhere, buy it elsewhere. Supposedly a hub for other companies but won't keep there stock up or either don't keep their website up.
