I purchased 5 vapes, over $100 to receive free shipping, I was so excited to get them until the two main vapes I was looking forward to were faulty from the manufacturer. The return policy states to contact them within 72 hours which I did. He asked me to send him videos of it being faulty which I did. Then he told me that the next time I order to include a note and he'll give me a free vape. Umm what??!? No, I ALREADY made a purchase and I want my items to work. They do NOT honor their return policy DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Nobody helped me with question I figured it out myself

I have completed several orders with this company and everything went smoothly. However, my last order was lost by FedEx. When I called FedEx, they told me that they are unable to do anything for me and that the shipper had to reach out to them for a compensation and then refund me. It is clearly a lost shipping issue and FedEx does not deny that. However, I have reached out multiple times in multiple ways to this company, and they refuse to respond. This was an approximately $150 order. I will be happy to update this review if they correct this issue.

This company shorted me one vape from a recent order. There is no phone number to call, only email. Their customer service is poor. I guess I need to initiate a charge back with my bank. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I would rate as 0 if that was possible Placed order on eJuiceDB website, didn't receive confirmation but payment was processed. Eventually received order and saw that order was placed with another of their affiliated companies. I received product but not before initiating a transaction dispute with my bank. Support was ridiculous and they "no longer" offer phone support. I will be making sure all my vaping friends avoid this company.

Do not buy from here I purchased several really great vapes but one of them called a side piece orgasm flavor. Vape was absolutely horrible. It tasted like literally apple cider vinegar or smoking toxic air but when I wrote in to tell the company about it, they have spent days deliberating and doing nothing about it wouldn’t even just send me a simple credit for the store or anything. I would’ve been better off burning my money because at least burning the money would’ve provided warmth. Don’t buy here go to huffand puffers.com where they treat you like you’re actually a customer that matters
